Seventy One Gin (Eau de Nuit) is a luxury, super-premium botanical gin conceived by renowned fashion photographer Mert Alas.
It is known for resting exactly 71 nights in oak casks and using the rare "Queen of the Night" cactus flower. 

The Rare Ingredient: Alongside classic gin botanicals like juniper, damascus rose, and pomelo, it features the "Queen of the Night" (Selenicereus grandiflorus), a cactus flower that blooms only once a year and wilts before dawn. 

Flavor Profile: Offers aromatic, velvety notes of jasmine, citrus oils, cooked apple, vanilla, and cinnamon.
