A smooth Irish single malt matured in ex-bourbon casks, offering a delicate combination of floral aromas, malt and savoury spice. The palate brings woody spice, cassia, toasted nuts and a touch of burnt caramel, followed by a sweet, lingering finish of marshmallow and honey. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
