Radicchio Beer Cipriani

A distinctive amber beer inspired by ancient Benedictine brewing traditions and deeply connected to the Venetian territory. Crafted with Radicchio Rosso di Treviso PGI, it brings together delicate caramel notes, hints of cane sugar, and the refined vegetal bitterness of chicory.

Transparent amber in colour, it pours with a dense, compact foam and gentle effervescence. The palate is soft and refined, with a clean finish and a long, persistent herbaceous aftertaste.

Radicchio Rosso di Treviso PGI is cultivated exclusively in the provinces of Treviso, Padua, and Venice. Prized for its complex cultivation process, intense wine-red leaves, and pleasantly bitter flavour, it gives this beer its unique and surprising character.
