Joe Got A Gun was distilled, aged, and bottled by Mike Williams in Maury County, Tennessee, USA. This batch is a Straight Tennessee Whiskey selected from 20 barrels. Following the great Tennessee distilling tradition, the grain base (80% corn) is a "Sour Mash" (using a portion of the previous fermentation in the current mash), and the whisky is filtered through charcoal.
