Matured in American oak before a finishing period in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, this 10-year-old Irish blended whiskey combines ripe orchard fruits, dried fruit and vanilla with sweet malt, nougat and subtle spice. The palate develops notes of sultana, pear, chocolate-covered marzipan and toasted nuts, leading to a long, warming finish. Bottled at 43% ABV.
