Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin

Germany is quickly becoming the land of flavoursome gins, with Ferdinand's Saar Dry Gin hailing from Saarland in the west of the country and using a recipe of more 30 botanicals. It's a collaboration between a distiller and a winemaker, and along with the botanicals the gin is also mixed with semi-sweet Riesling. The result is a complex spirit with a definite sense of place.
