Dos Maderas 5+3 Rum is a unique Spanish-Caribbean rum aged using a dual maturation process. It is first aged in the Caribbean for 5 years, then transferred to Spain for an additional 3 years in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. The result is a rich, smooth profile with notes of dried fruit, raisins, vanilla, and toasted oak. The palate is sweet, rounded, and complex, with a long, sherried finish.
