CATSKILL THE MOST RIGHTEOUS BOURBON

Made from a 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malted barley mash bill, this New York State straight bourbon is matured in charred American oak. The nose shows caramel, butterscotch, honey, vanilla and dried fruit, while the palate brings toffee, dark chocolate, molasses, orange, cinnamon and roasted nuts. The finish is smooth and lightly spicy, with lingering chocolate and oak. Bottled at 42.5% ABV.
