Cancello del Sole Cabernet Sauvignon is a refined and expressive red wine, whose grapes, before being harvested, patiently waited until reaching full ripeness. Coming from the land of Pramaggiore, this red Cabernet wine is bottled after two or three months of aging in small oak casks. Only in this way is the Cancello del Sole Cabernet Sauvignon ready to release its typical herbal notes which are balanced with hints of cherry, blackberry and black currant.

A wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, but also ideal for pairing with red meat, cheese, and cold cuts.
