Made from carefully selected Italian Williams pears, harvested fresh at perfect ripeness, this artisanal fruit distillate captures the intense, fresh and distinctive character of ripe pear. Slowly distilled in traditional copper steam stills, it is crystal clear, elegant and persistent on the palate. Best served at around 12°C in an open tulip-shaped glass. 43% ABV | 500ml.
