Produced on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, Isolano is made primarily from Carricante grapes, expressing the unique volcanic character of Sicily. It offers elegant aromas of citrus zest, yellow fruits, Mediterranean herbs, and subtle mineral notes. Fresh, persistent, and beautifully balanced, the palate reveals remarkable volcanic minerality and a long, refined finish. Perfect with seafood, fish dishes, white meats, and Mediterranean cuisine.
