Created through the exclusive collaboration between Donnafugata and Dolce&Gabbana, Bollicina Gold is a prestigious vintage Brut Rosé that celebrates Sicilian elegance, creativity, and craftsmanship. Produced exclusively from Nerello Mascalese grapes using the traditional method, it matures on its lees for approximately 36 months, followed by at least 12 months of bottle aging, resulting in remarkable finesse and complexity.
Delicate pale pink with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage, it offers refined aromas of freshly baked bread crust, citrus, redcurrant, and subtle pastry notes. The palate is fresh, mineral, and beautifully balanced, leading to a long, elegant, and persistent finish.
An exceptional sparkling wine for celebrations and fine dining, it pairs beautifully with shellfish, seafood, fish tartare, delicate appetizers, and cured ham. Best served chilled at 6–8°C.
