Utilizing grapes grown in the Grande Champagne region, Ferrand Cognacs are not fine-filtered after fermentation and are distilled on the lees. Both of these steps in the production yield a more robust and full fruit experience on the palate. The Ambre expresses apricots, oranges, honey, and pears with just a touch of vanilla.
