Edinburgh Gin Seaside is a premium coastal London Dry-style gin crafted in Scotland by Edinburgh Gin. Inspired by the East Coast shoreline, it is distilled using a unique selection of foraged marine botanicals including bladderwrack seaweed, scurvy grass, and ground ivy, balanced with classic gin ingredients such as juniper, coriander seed, grains of paradise, and cardamom.

It delivers a distinctive savoury and mineral character with soft juniper, gentle salinity, grassy herbal notes, and a subtle citrus-spice lift. The finish is crisp, refreshing, and slightly briny, evoking a true seaside experience.
