Tequila Clase Azul Añejo is a 100% agave tequila that is made in Jalisco, Mexico. This tequila is produced from organic agaves that are cooked in masonry ovens for approximately 72 hours, a process that allows all the rich and flavorful juices of the agave to be extracted.
The color of this tequila is an intense amber. Its aroma is a blend of cooked agave, varied woods, vanilla, caramel, almonds and apple. On the palate, you can taste the flavor of freshly baked agave with hints of various woods, vanilla and caramel.
