Camus XO Borderies Family Reserve Cognac

The Camus XO Borderies Family Reserve Cognac is a single estate delight created from eaux-de-vie grown in the Borderies terroir. The Camus family ensures that the vineyards are cultivated in a sustainable and ecologically sensitive manner, in order to preserve the environment and wildlife. Each barrel is unique with eaux-de-vie from each section of the vineyards and is both distilled and aged in separate casks. Through the aging process of at least 10 years, Camus keeps each eau-de-vie separate without blending them. This allows the Cellar Master to carefully fuse the eaux-de-vie, with the final result: this intensely aromatic, Single-Estate XO Cognac.

The house of Camus has been independently operating since 1863 and has succeeded in upholding strong family values across five generations – all in quest of producing the utmost refinement when it comes to the production of Cognac.
