Star of Bombay London Dry Gin features botanicals that’ll be familiar to those who love Bombay Sapphire, with a reassembled flavour profile (more punchy juniper, earthy angelica and herbaceous coriander), as well as some new botanicals – bergamot and ambrette seed.
